Dr. Carlos Quesada Piano Studio

My 10-year old daughter has been taking piano lessons with Carlos Quesada during the last 6 months. She had taken piano lessons a few years ago with another teacher but she didnt remember much. We are happy with Mr. Quesada, he is very professional and patient, and I have definitely seen improvement in my daughters skills. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good piano teacher in SW Austin.

Carlos is a passionate and enthusiastic piano teacher. His teaching style combines friendly and serious coaching in order to help his students reaching a higher level of performance and expanding their musical knowledge. He provides a rich experience for his students including strong classical piano foundation and other styles as well. We are glad that our children are able to resume piano lessons with him recently. We highly recommend Carlos to anyone who is interested in taking piano lessons.

Carlos is not only a phenomenal concert pianist, and a very gifted musician, but also a great teacher. My children (6 and 9) love taking piano lessons with him. Hes patient and very friendly with them but also expects them to work hard and play the piano to the best of their abilities. Carlos always provides very detailed explanations of what he expects the children to achieve in their weekly practice, and always manages to keep the children motivated. We have seen great progress in our childrens playing abilities (and musicianship) since they started taking lessons with Carlos. I definitely recommend Carlos to every parent who wants to give the gift of music to their children. We have tried different schools and teachers, but have been the happiest with Carlos approach and dedication.
