About
The “work” that an athlete performs is done in preparation with skills that are new, and may be uncomfortable to try. No matter the sport, you will get uninterupted one-on-one teaching with demonstrations of basic form and function based on your chosen exercise and sport.
The engagement of an athlete changes over time, and the beginning is often most important based on their natural skills and ability. Learning proper form as you improve skill is crucial to becoming a great competitor.
It's great to see the joy that happens as athletes improve simply from skill development and improvement.
