About

A Personalized Approach to Technical Mastery & Confidence

There is no 'one-size-fits-all' in bowling. The beauty of this sport is that there are many ways to get the ball through the pins—my job is to help you find the most efficient version of your individual style.

I’ve been on the lanes since elementary school, moving through competitive youth circuits to Varsity high school teams, and currently serving as a League Coordinator in Lewisville. I specialize in working with youth and adult beginners/intermediates because I believe a strong foundation in the basics is the only way to build an incredible game.

What sets my coaching apart:

Individualized Tweaking: I don’t tear your game down; I fine-tune what you already have to create better results.

The 'Click' Moment: I focus on the 'why' behind the physics of the game. My favorite part of coaching is seeing that moment of clarity when the timing and release finally fall into place.

More Than Just a Score: Drawing on my background as a holistic coach, I focus heavily on building your confidence. When you know a shot feels good the moment it leaves your hand, your entire experience of the game changes.

If you’ve been frustrated or felt stuck, I’m here to help you do more than you thought you could. Let's find the fun in the game again while building a skill set that lasts a lifetime.

She knows exactly what I need to improve and gave a simple tip that I can correct. She just start her lesson where my level is, what my needs are. Above all, I enjoyed so much and the time flied, even I did bowling an hour by myself, who is so easily getting tired after a game. I met a right person.

    Frequently asked questions

We start with a low-pressure conversation about your goals and what motivates you. After a warm-up, I use slow-motion video analysis to establish a technical baseline. We then focus on the 'Solid Foundation'—footwork, timing, and delivery. I often assign 'homework' (specific drills) to reinforce our work between sessions, ensuring your investment leads to lasting habits.
I've been bowling for 20+ years. I have my Level 1 Certification for youth, beginning adult bowlers or those looking to get 'back to the basics'. I'm a Mountain Bike Coach and, previously, I've coached youth soccer and worked in the Children's Ministry in church. I'm a mom to 4 wonderful kids too!

Lessons start at $50 per hour which includes lane fees/shoes. Private and Group lessons are available.  Unless otherwise arranged, lessons are given at AMF Lewisville.

My journey into teaching actually began on the soccer field and in the community, but my passion for bowling coaching grew from a desire to help others avoid the 'frustration plateaus' I experienced as a competitive junior bowler. I realized that while many people can bowl, few can explain the why behind the mechanics. I wanted to bridge that gap, combining my 20+ years on the lanes with my background in habit formation to help students find clarity and confidence.
I specialize in youth and adult beginners, as well as intermediate league players who feel stuck at their current average. Because I am a Level 1 Certified Coach, I have a structured curriculum for those building their game from scratch, but I also have the technical experience to help seasoned players fine-tune their individual styles for better consistency.
I recently watched a student have that 'click' moment we all strive for. After struggling with their release for weeks, we slowed down, focused on the fundamental timing we discussed, and they rolled a shot that felt 'perfect' right off the hand. Seeing that surge of confidence and the realization that they were capable of more than they thought—that’s exactly why I coach.
Hire a teacher/coach that you feel comfortable with. If you don't feel like you can connect, you'll have a much harder time learning a new skill. Don't feel that you have to pay 'top dollar' to get a worthwhile coach, either. If you're still unsure, do 1 lesson with the coach. You should have a much better idea of how that coach operates by the end of the lesson. Make a better informed decision then. A great coach shouldn't just tell you what to do; they should make you feel empowered to do it.

What do you want to accomplish?

    What's your biggest struggle?

Lessons are an investment. Often, a coach will asign 'homework' (drills/practices) to help reinforce principles worked on. Will you have the time to do the homework assigned?
