Prestonwood Music Studio, founded in 2008, serves the Plano, Dallas, and Farmers Branch, Texas areas. We provide private and virtual lessons in Voice, Piano, and Piano Accordion. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, as well as overcome anxiety and depression. Yoga inspires me to live each moment mindfully, and to show myself compassion on and off the mat. I completed my 200 hour Hatha yoga training in 2011, have immersed myself in the practice of Kundalini and mantra meditation and I am currently studying Thai Yoga massage. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. Relate to students desires about what genre or genres they want to learn making it fun! I have been private teaching since 1976 at home, various stores and schools. Can teach more advanced piano and vocal technique as well as musical theory for more serious students. I have a B.A. Degree in Music with piano as my major instrument and voice secondary. I can only teach beginning guitar because I only took it for a year in college and enjoy it!
