Speaking as a franchisee of Scotts, he gives excellent coaching that is aimed at results. Hes been around the industry and he knows what works and what doesnt. Hes succeeded in creating what I have only seen in one other instance - a balance of after school programing and martial arts that includes students who were NOT interested in martial arts when they started, but who nevertheless become true martial artists - in his programs, martial arts arent watered down or sidelined to a minor attraction, in order to attract and keep the lucrative after school market. What in the world does this have to do with his coaching?? This - he knows how to cut through the endless stream of things that COULD be done in this business, and pinpoint the things that SHOULD be done, and give you those items. He has a no-BS / bottom-line approach which I truly appreciate - I dont have time for anything else. As a type-A business owner myself, I appreciate that he cuts right to the point, doesnt sugar-coat things (that wastes valuable time), and that helll hold me accountable and tell me if Im creating excuses, or focusing on the wrong thing, etc. He is available at almost all hours to help. No once a month scheduled coaching call - when you as a franchisee need him, you can reach him - and if not right that minute, certainly within a few hours. Whatever you need to be successful, within reason, hes willing to give.

Took the time to review lessons, and verify we understood what was being taught. Coaching was broken down into easy terms, and simplw lessons.
