I do private in-home and online personal training. My method of strength training uses evidence based exercise for achieving the best results with time efficiency and safety in mind. I incorporate educating my clients on how Strength Training and Nutrition go hand in hand for seeing any transformations they want to happen with their bodies. 

I consider what I do as a privilege. My clients bring me into their lives at a time of need so I feel honored by that. I am there to coach them through something that concerns all of us, better health and a fitter body. I enjoy all of it! The whole process. Their success is my success. Meeting new people and being there to help them change their lives! It is truly rewarding to me.

    I would highly recommend Nina to everyone who is looking for someone extremely motivating and skilled in what she does. She started a fire inside of me that I guess has never truly been lite before. I have a new found love for my body and want to do my best to take care of it like I did not do before. I hope to continue to have her as my trainer for a long to come. It's only been a few months a couple of times a week and already I am getting compliments from my family and co-workers! I love every minute of the entire time with Nina. She is always on time and ready to work! And not to mention is very accommodating to my hectic schedule. Thanks Nina!

    Let me say it has been an absolute pleasure to have found this woman! For a long time I have been looking for a trainer of this caliber. Nina knows her stuff inside and out. She is extremely punctual and gives me all of her focus! No phones! She is always aware of our surroundings especially because she remembers that I get nervous working out near too many people. She obviously listens to my needs and puts me first. A class act! We have been working together what started out as once a week is now almost 3 times a week! I love the results from her programs and her energy encourages me to strive for my best self! I tell everyone about her because she is the ONE!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first step of the process for working with a new client is we have an introductory phone concersation. We discuss what goals they have in mind and the time frame they wish to do it in. I answer all questions thouroughly and explain as best as I can to them how we can attain their desired goals. 

I give them a as much time as they will need to get their mental ready for the journey we are going to take together to acheive the goal they have in mind. 

Then we get to work! :) 


How did you get started teaching?

I have always been into fitness since throughout high school and never looked back. Although through the early years we did not have too much information on health and exercise as we do now available at our fingertips. All we need to do is get online. So I learned from my guys friends mostly growing up and working out with them. I have a very good friend that we are still friends today. He went straight into the fitness industry right after high school! We are in our 40's now. 

Fitness has been a great part of my identity. I strive to learn knew things every chance that I have. I enjoy all parts of my job. I take it as a honor that my clients open up their lives to me because they want to make that change and do not have the ability to do on their own at the time.
