About this pro

We offer a free trial week in all of our classes.   We offer adult and kid's classes in Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, MMA, Karate, Judo.  Our owner and head instructor Shawn Hammond is a 2 Time North American Champion, and he has over 24 years of martial art experience.   Below is a link to Shawn's martial art resume.  Tammy Hammond is a 3 time national fighting champion.   My wife Tammy and I look forward to meeting you soon.

We love teaching and helping others grow in their martial art skills.  Whatever your goals are, weight loss, self defense, competing, mma fighting, we can help you exceed those goals. We also enjoy helping young people build confidence, not only in their skills, but also in their everyday lives.  We have had several of our students who have had to use their skills to defend themselves and their families from bullies, and attackers.  It brings us great comfort knowing that we have taught them has helped them stay safe.
