These could be custome workouts, classes, or clinics to teach about innovative and versatile ways to keep up with exercise on your own.
Seeing people's quality of life and level of enjoyment of activity improve as they are able to move better and feel better with increased fitness ablities!
Tracy has been my personal trainer for several years now. We first met when I lived in Dallas. I was training with her a couple of times a week, with no real purpose but to get in better shape. Then I attended a triathlon as a spectator. As I watched, I decided "I could do that" so I told Tracy to get me in shape. In addition to the regular workouts, she got me in the pool, put me in special cycling classes and started me on a serious running routine. I completed in three triathlons after that, placing in each one in my age group. During that training, I discovered a love for cycling so we started concentrating more on that sport. I moved away from Dallas almost three years ago, but Tracy and I continue online training in all three sports. A few years ago, I had a hard time completing a 35 mile rally and now I am doing centuries. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence have pushed me to my limits and for that, I am thankful. She continues to educate herself on new techniques and equipment and never gives up on her clients, encouraging them every step of the way. I highly recommend Tracy as a personal trainer and coach in triathlon and cycling.
If you want to get stronger for whatever reason, Tracy is great! She will work with you one-on-one to match whatever your goals are...cycling, running, or just to be a fitter person. She's savy on all the new fitness plans and mixes it up so your workouts are never stale.
Tracy is the most qualified resistance trainer I've ever met. She focuses on bio-mechanically correct motions that improve strength and stability, and her approach is very personable. Her smile is infectious, she relates to all ages and pre-existing conditions, and her rates are almost too reasonable. You can't go wrong choosing Tracy for your resistance training, swim stroke analysis, run-gait analysis or coaching for cycling or triathlon.
We will take by phone to determine the best approach to start with for that individual. This will include a health and exercise history, goals, available equipment, schedule and preferred type of training. This may include an in home visit, or setting up online training.
