About this pro

My service stands out among the rest because of my ability to translate what i know to each athlete. Communication is key in everything we do and that is always my main focus. As your coach we will attack and develop any weaknesses and continue to develop all of your strengths. I coach football and basketball primarily, but I can't work with athletes in nearly any sport. Contact me here and let's get started!

What I enjoy most about what I do is watching young athletes develop into responsible citizens and teamates as they mature into adulthood. I don't only coach for skills and technique but i coach confidence and a positive will to be great in everything that we do.

We had a great experience using Hidden Gems Personal Development. First and foremost, Coach Dimanche was awesome with our student athletes. They couldn't wait for the next time to be around him. His knowledge and passion for the game of football was second to none. He was all about getting our kids ready for the NEXT LEVEL. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for football training or strength and conditioning work.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We meet for an initial consult or speak over the phone. I can do individual sessions or package them however needed. I am also available for seasonal coaching, locally.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in public relations and a minor in marketing. I am also a 6 year Nfl veteran with extensive knowledge in multiple sports including basketball/track& field. I am also Cross-Fit Level-1 certified.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Sessions and priced based on the individual athletes’ needs and travel.

How did you get started teaching?

I began by coaching my younger brother who is now an established D1 football player. I also went back to volunteer coaching at my former high school. I have hosted many speaking events at a variety of grade schools in all types of neighborhoods. I also host and speak at youth camps on a regular basis.

What types of students have you worked with?

I’ve worked with student athletes at the middle, high school, collegiate and professional level.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A recent event that I am fond of is climbing to the peak Mt Whitney, the highest point in the lower 48 states! I also spent some time in Tanzania Africa and really had a ton of unforgettable experiences.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Pick whoever is right for you based on what your specifid needs are. Always give your coach a chance to develop a good line of communication but don't be afraid to switch up coaches when its time for something new!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Always know exactly what it is you’re looking for before talking to teachers about your need. Try your best to understand yourself internally so you can project what it is that you need.
