About
M.Y.D.A.R. sports is more than just a few trainers. We are guys who love the game of football and enjoy emparting our knowledge of the game to young men and women who are passionate about football and looking to refine their skills.
Beside focusing on position knowledge and techniques, we also devote a lot of time towards strength and conditioning training. Not just physical strength but mental strength also. We will push you past what you think your limits are to show you there truly is no limit.
I enjoy training because I am passionate about helping young people develop past what they think is possible. Seeing the progress in the young athletes as they work out and train week after week keeps me excited about training. Seeing the looks on their faces when they bench 315 for the first time or run the 40 faster than they've ever ran it because of being stronger and knowing how correct running form.
I get excited about training when I have a kid who's moved to varsity for the first time and plays. Not only plays, but have an impact on the game. Seeing the confidence, joy, and pride on a young athletes face, that's why I enjoy training.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process is very simple. I ask what the student wants to achieve. From there, I assess the athlete's abilities on the field and in the gym. From there I discuss my plan of action with the athlete and parents, and then the fun begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former college athlete who has played arena football, and professional minor league football. Due to a career ending knee injury I could not extend my career with the Canadian League after being signed by a team in 2008.
