My name is Danny V.
Here at UPLFT we not only work on your physical traits but we also work on your mental traits as well. I believe it is human nature to be a habitual animal. What I mean by that is our daily habits and our daily routines define us. Recognition of good and bad habits are skills that you can learn. Once you become self aware, you start to learn how to do what works for you. I believe in teaching my clients about routines and habits, that in turn becomes their lifestyle.
I have been a personal trainer now for 7 years and within these 7 years I have done two body building shows. One show I failed miserably and another show I killed it and got 5th overall in a very stacked men physique division. I loved competing but it isn't something I look to do all the time. I do it to challenge myself and to gain the experiences so that I can relay it to my clients. I know what works and what doesn't work. My trial and errors are to maximize my clients growth.

I enjoy taking my clients through the process and seeing their journey. Their transformation means everything to me. Not just physically but the mental attitude as well. A lot of the things I teach, you can take it and apply the concept to your daily life as well. It's all about overall growth and self love for me.
