Founded in 2012, Studio 6 Fitness, located in Dallas and its surrounding areas, offers a unique workout experience. Using the Megaformer machine and the Lagree Fitness philosophy, they provide 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workouts that infuse elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga. They focus on six principles: core, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and spirit. Known for their welcoming atmosphere and helpful instructors, Studio 6 Fitness aims to burn calories, develop core strength, stimulate balance and coordination, and build strength, all while minimizing joint stress.
