About
We teach sewing from basic through couture technique. We also teach patternmaking and personal fitting. We also own an adjacent fabric store, Tissu - where we import fabrics from all around the world.
I have my BFA in Fashion Design from the University of North Texas, and, studied Haute Couture Sewing in Paris.
My partner, Mario, studied Fashion Design at El Centro, and, has show his collections in Dallas and in New York during Fashion Week.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The classes are set up as a series. For instance, The Basic Series is 4, two hour classes for $125. All supplies needed for class are supplied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated before, I have my BFA in Fashion Design from UNT and studied Haute Couture Sewing in Paris, France.
Mario has his degree in Fashion Design from El Centro - DCCCD, and, has shown his collections all over the country.

BASIC SERIES - 4 two hour classes = $125
INTERMEDIATE SERIES - 4 two hour classes = $125
INTRO TO FASHION DRAPING - 4 two hour classes = $150
How did you get started teaching?
I'm halfway through my MFA in Fashion Design at UNT, and, I also teach tailoring and ready to wear construction at El Centro - DCCCD.
