About
I would love to teach you to sew. I have several sewing machines if you do not have your own yet.
A little about me, I am a Fashion Designer with over 30 years of experience. My mother taught me to sew at age 6, and got me my first adult sewing machine at age 8. I went to the Fashion Institute of Technology (Critics Choice Award Winner, and graduated Summa Cum Laude) and Central St. Martins Art College in London.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I believe I can teach well, because of the dedication and talent my own mother bestowed upon me, as a beginner and quite young.

I love teaching people things. I get a kick out of seeing people proud of their work. I am patient and kind.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out their skill and knowledge levels, and I start from there. I don't rush and am very patient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked my entire career as a Fashion Designer (over 30 years), I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and I spent a year at Central St. Martins in London. I am an avid knitter and sell knitted gnomes on Etsy. I crochet as well and am an expert in Adobe Illustrator.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I think $35 an hour is fair, and I am willing to Skype, text, or phone chat while a project is getting done, at no extra charge.

I love to share my creative knowledge. https://www.behance.net/Donnarama

Their knowledge level
What they hope to achieve both short and long term.
