I am a multicrafter. I knit and crochet and weave and spin and quilt and just about anything connected to fiber and fabric. I also do beading, quilling and pouring clay and a plethora of other crafts. My favorite thing is to teach someone else what I do.

I love working with older people helping them gain skills and knowledge.

I also love working with teenagers helping them to understand the number of wonderful crafts that they can learn.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1st of all I want to know their skill level. What they do know what they don't know. Sometimes students don't even know enough to ask the right questions. I want to help them learn to ask the right questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an educator that has retired from Dallas college.. I have been sewing and crafting since I was 6.. Not only do I sew but I also knit and crochet and many other crafts.
