Attitude At The Barre isn’t just a class, but an incredible community of strong, driven women (and men) who support and push each other to succeed in both their fitness and personal lives. Lead by an outstanding instructor, Cat brings her robust knowledge and experience of ballet technique into the studio, helping her students focus on correctly maneuvering throughout their workout. It’s a TOUGH class but in a fun and challenging way. People of all age groups and fitness levels attend her classes so you feel right at home. No matter how your day went at work or home, Attitude is the perfect solution for stress relief, stretching and meditation.
The excellent instructor who genuinely cares about people and their workout. Cat cares about people’s physical and spiritual well being. She is encouraging and energetic. Cat is also knowledgeable and up to date on the latest workout information and provides modifications for those particularly challenging moves. It’s an awesome workout. I’ve tried dozens of exercise classes and this is far and away my favorite. I’ve never looked or felt better. She kicks your butt, but you feel so happy about it. She also helps you get amazing results. It’s like working out with a great friend instead of a cold instructor.
Cat is the best! She provides a challenging workout in a positive way. Always encouraging and informative! One of the best teachers I’ve emcountered.
