I have had the privilage of creating a community of people that cherish and respect each other. We believe in truly connecting with one another. We support the health goals of everyone there. It is AWESOMENESS!!!

I LOVE helping people connect physically and emotionally with one another. It is so important today to feel like others are helping you to be accountable to be the BEST you that you can be. I enjoy lifting people up and helping them create and reach their individual goals in this life.

Lead by an outstanding instructor, Cat brings her robust knowledge and experience of ballet technique into the studio, helping her students focus on correctly maneuvering throughout their workout. It’s a TOUGH class but in a fun and challenging way. People of all age groups and fitness levels attend her classes so you feel right at home.     The excellent instructor who genuinely cares about people and their workout. Cat cares about people’s physical and spiritual well being. She is encouraging and energetic. Cat is also knowledgeable and up to date on the latest workout information and provides modifications for those particularly challenging moves. It’s an awesome workout. I’ve tried dozens of exercise classes and this is far and away my favorite. I’ve never looked or felt better. She kicks your butt, but you feel so happy about it. She also helps you get amazing results. It’s like working out with a great friend instead of a cold instructor.

    Cat is an amazing teacher. I take both barre and yoga, and am always challenged and encouraged. I have been working out with Cat for over a year and a half now - her workouts make my week, and I have gotten so much stronger and more fit. I can’t say enough about Cat as a person, either. She has such a big heart, and really cares about all of her students. I consider Cat a good friend!

    Cat creates a wonderfully intimate setting for a great barre workout. Its like working out with good friends. Classes are challenging in the way only barre classes can be - no matter what your fitness level. Classes are new and different every time and her music is always a great mix of all genres.
    Its clear that Cat cares about each and every one of her students and thats a rare quality these days. If youre interested in barre and want a small, intimate, and fun workout setting, look no further.
