About

Provides elite training to lineman play predominantly offensive lineman, but made a living playing on the defensive side of ball. The program includes technique work, strength, balance along with fitness and nutrition tips to help maximize performance.

We cater to ages between 10-18 yrs of age. There aren’t many elite training opportunities for the big kids in the community. Skill position players get all the cool gear and training sessions blasted on social media. But not many big guys putting in work showing their athletic ability. That’s the demographic that Coach Joe’s FrontLine Performance will and can provide.

I have coach 6a football for 10 years and 1 year as a Graduate Assistant @ North Carolina Central University. 8 of my 11 years coaching has been along the offensive line. I am currently also the asst strength coach at my school as well as powerlifting coach.

I am a certified teacher in Texas have been for 11 years teaching world geography. CPR certified, concussion certified thur the UIL. And Tackle certified through Texas High School Coaches Assoc.

The only thing I love more than Kids, is to wactch kids grow.

As student athletes mother, coaches make up a pretty big part of our kids future for college. Coach Joe demonstrat consistancy with each athlete. Not only do coaches Joe teach athletes about sport, but life lessons like leadership, teamwork, accountability, and punctuality. These lessons have stayed with my son Steph for life, even after our time as an athlete sport is neve over. Thanks Coach for all you do!!!!

Coach Joe has a way with kids that brings out their best. He is dependable, straightforward, and goes beyond the call of “a coach”. His love for the game is not what i would call it, he has a love the the kids & their lives and that is what makes him an awesome coach and man. He makes sure his offensive line is there before practice & are the last to leave. He pushes for EXCELLENCE and that’s my take on Coach Joe!
