About
What I do is work on the fundamentals needed to take your game to the next level. While coaching, I've noticed a lot of kids don't have a basic understanding of what's being asked of them. So, that's where I step in. I work with Receivers, Running Backs and Quaterbacks. In my sessions, I cover route Running, hard eye coordination, change of direction drills, throwing techniques and I'm always coming up with crazy but pertinent real life situations.
I enjoy seeing the light bulb go off in a student's mind when they get what's being taught. Most kids don't want to do the work necessary to get to the next level and don't think it takes all this work to get there. But, boy when they get it, it's such a great feeling.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session I evaluate the student to see what their skill set is. Then I base each session on developing the students skill set! Each week we do a review for about 10 minutes, then add another tool to their tool belt.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching with I9sports for for 7 years. I coached soccer and football. I played receiver myself and I realized that most kids don't have the fundamentals to become a good receiver, Running back or even a Quaterback. So I saw a need to help these kids because high school football here in Tx is king. If you don't have the skills to contribute, you either won't make the team, and if you do, you may not get playing time. So I want to give these kids a fighting chance to be successful.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $40 for an hour session.
How did you get started teaching?
Well, I've been coaching for a while. I've been Silver certified Bowling coach since 2011. When my son was born, he took a liking to soccer so I started coaching soccer for about 5 years. After we finished playing each week, he wanted to stay and watch the flag football game. One day, I asked if he wanted to try football and he said he would love too! I became the coach for his teams and he fell in love with it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with any age group, but as of now, i have 6th and 7th graders and high school students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My son is playing for Dowell middle school and he's been working his tail off to get on the field and play. He finally got his chance at Defensive Back. He made two open field tackles, shut down the reciever he was covering and assisted in a tackle on the kick off team. To say I was proud of him is an understatement.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice is to schedule a session with me and see if I'm a good fit for your child. See how I interact, how I teach and make a decision on if I'm able to help your kiddo reach their potential!!
