JJ Meadors is owner/operator was Two- Sport Athlete at the SEC Level. 6 Time Letter Winner at the University of Arkansas. Meadors was a 3 year starter for the Razorback football team, and graduated at the all-time leader for receptions. Meadors was also a member of 2 National Championship Track & Field Team.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When meeting a new student we typically do a 1.5 hrs assessment. Once that is complete we set up a plan. One to two session per week.
