About
Hello, my name is Michael Moses I am an certified Personal trainer and also defensive back / linebacker specialist. I have trained many athletes in the weight room and on the field, my goal is to take every athlete to next level and make sure they perform at 110% percent. I have trained from youth athletes to high caliber college and professionals athletes. All of them have a performed extremely well over the past couple years after training with me. I focus on strength and conditioning, speed , quickness, footwork, balance, flexibility and more. My goal is to make these athletes great players on and off the field by implementing many great tools that they can use in the future.
I love training because it gives me a chance to connect with athletes and help them enhance their game. Giving these player the knowledge I have learned from training so that they can be the best players in their sport has been my goal since I started training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Learning what a student needs to focus on most is key. To begin with, I always take my students through a stretching portion, functional movement is portion, athletic movements portion and strength portion to figure out all aspects of what this student needs to work on. From there I give and evaluation of what I see and then we start the process of building into a great athlete.
