Children are beyond gifted. God has equipped children with the gift of wisdom. Life is hectic and I know every parent doesn't have the time or patience to dedicate time to helping their children read. Every time I meet a child that said's they can't read, my heart hurts. God has put it on my heart to teach his children how to read and I know he will do the rest. I teach children ages 3-8 years old. I am extremely passionate about children. I've been involved in youth ministry for 5 years. I've taught many students how to read in as little as three weeks.
My goal is that I teach at least 100 children how to read by the end of the year. While dicipling them spiritually to become ambassadors of Jesus Christ early on. God created your Child to do something great it's only best we go to the creator to find out what path to lead them on. You are to steward them to fulfill the will of God. I come right alongside you to accomplish the mission. For this action you are taking God is well pleased.

Focus on teaching children who are diagnosed with ADHD and ADD.
How did you get started teaching?
Ministry is where I first got started teaching. Youth Ministry and then transitioned into Womens Ministry.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types of children. From mentally gifted (disabled) (ADHD, ADD, etc) is my specialty. Your child will not have to use medicines to focus after I am done.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are going to select a tutor make sure that tutor is trained in teaching overly stimulated children. It is a true gift, skill, and talent to teach children diagnosed with ADHD and ADD. Especially when everyone doesn't understand it. I however, come in with the desire to reach reading and focus while helping parents create a focused center environment so that your child can utilize his superpower the Lord has given them without suppressing it with medicine. If a teach is pushing medicine on your mentally gifted child my best advice GO ANOTHER ROUTE.
