What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first start with a personal assessment of the students sewing and design goals. Then we build a curriculum around it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Dallas. Ive been sewing and designing professionally for the past 7 years.
How did you get started teaching?
I started when a friend wanted to learn to sew to save money. After that, i kept teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
From age 7-60+.

I was just featured as a designer in NOLA fashion week.
