Former football player. I have been a personal training for 15 years and in business for myself for about 9 months. I’m certified personal trainer NASM . And i have 7 other certifications through NASM just to name a few , sport performance, corrective exercise , nutrition coach and level 1 group fitness coach. Small private gym so my clients receive the one on one training they need.
