About
FAST (Fierce Agreesive Speed Training) starts with the basics of running and goes into building up the explosive quick twitch muscles by focusing on core and hip flexibility and strength.
The thing that I enjoy about FAST (Fierce Agressive Speed Training) is watching the youth see it, get it, and doing it.
