We provide 2 types of training.
1. Cardio Kickboxing for ages 14 and up: Which are high intensity, exciting and fun workouts that destroy calories as you lose weight and flatten, tone and shape your body.
2. Kids kickboxing: We transform your child into a focused and disciplined, highly skilled athlete with a determined hunger for progress and improvement. Through training, your kids will be much more confident in themselves and in their abilities. Our classes will keep your kids moving and their heart rates up, improving fitness & health. We also focus on anti bullying and teaching your kids how to protect themselves.
Our passion is to provide outstanding workouts in a safe, clean environment. We want our members to reach their fitness goals and empower them by teachin important self defense techniques. This is a no judgement zone where every member is like family. We treat each other with respect while having a ton of fun.
Impact Kickboxing has ultimately changed my life. I've always picked up a sport and dropped it within months since I didn't have the motivation or technique that aided me to keep going. When I finally joined Impact, not only did I fall in love with Kickboxing, but I also found a new home in the world of martial arts. This place is AMAZING. The energy is so positive and everyone there has basically become family. I hated going to gyms because I always felt self conscious, but I can confidently say I don’t feel that at impact. The workouts are hard, but they’re doable, and I feel myself growing stronger with each session. As soon as I leave I’m already looking forward to my next workout. Love it here!
There is a great couch that motivates and does not allow you to quit even when you can’t any more... I personally feel Comfortable when working out and I love the results... down 20 pounds 20 to go and also learning self defense!
The instructor let you go at your own pace, encouraging you the whole way. The instructor is always willing to take the extra time with you before or after class to show you any techniques you're not quite sure about or to answer any questions you have. It's not just a gym, they really care about you.
We offer a free initial sesssion to anyone who is interested in trying out the workout. We will teach you proper form and the basis before the class. After the class, you will have a one on one with one of our customer relations coordinator to answer any questions and talk about membership options. It's a no pressure environment with no obligations to join. We just want you to enjoy the workouts and make sure it's for you before you sign up.
