About
We offer individual and small group pilates and exercise sessions in a gorgeous, 6000 square foot sanctuary in the River Oaks/Greenway Plaza area. Our Instructors are the BEST, most experienced teachers, and they are in love with quality movement. Each is a degreed, certified professional with many years in dance and education. We also have a licensed, registered Dietitian and a professional Massage Therapist/Structural Integration Therapist on our team. Our studio is a clean, private place with ample free parking, showers and changing rooms, and lots of equipment. I own the studio, and I love working with the wonderful Instructors on our team, and interacting with our fabulous clients!
Our Instructors have degrees from Texas A&M University, The University of Texas, The University of Houston, and Cornell University; they also have several pilates certifications. My joy is watching them develop programs for each client - from beginner to advanced, from novice to athlete.
