One of the greatest pleasures i get from my job, is watching people transform themselves in a simple non-harming way. You see in their eyes and feel it in their hearts and it gives them hope knowing that they can instantly connect to their true nature utilizing their minds, bodies and breaths, which we all have access to.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
first and foremost, i ask them what their goals are. I then help them to connect to the present moment where transformation takes place. i may use breathing techniques, visualizations and simple postures to support them.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with students of all ages, in private, semi-private and group sessions. some students stay sitting in a chair, some may lie on the floor the entire time, depending on what supports them at the time.
