I first met Courtney when I attended one of her group classes in Memorial Park and then we began doing private lessons together. Working with her has greatly helped my mental chatter and of course physical being. She makes me feel comfortable and has a very non-judgemental approach. We have a great time together and she offers me free nutrition advice as well. Highly recommend Courtney for yoga or health consulting.
