I help women and leaders who struggle with overwhelm or have frustrations with communication/relationships. In working with me, my clients walk away with a clear sense of what they want and how to get it.
I'm different than others in my industry because I help leverage EQ and the UCR method to expertly handle conflict, improve communication, confidently establish boundaries and improve relationships.
My personal passion and mission is helping women. It is my gift that I bring and share with the world. When a client lights up and beams with the reality of what is possible or an improvement in a troubled area, I feel honored to be a part of their journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I schedule a discovery call free of charge to see if we are a good fit for each other prior to accepting a new client. Together we decide the path forward. I typically begin by doing an assessment and then creating the vision for the expected outcome of our work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a double masters degree in business administration and nursing. I am also a former hospital CEO experienced at coaching through transitions and enhancing leadership (including self leadership). I've been doing coaching and consulting both privately and organizationally for many years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I speak with all clients first so we can partner to determine the level of coaching that would be most effective for them. This is a risk-free, cost-free discussion. I also determine if the client is the right fit to work with me while they are doing the same.
Once I have a full understanding and we believe it would be a good partnership, I share what it would cost to work with me going forward.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching as a leader in healthcare. I coached individuals, teams and entire organizations in the art of transformation and transition.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I delivered a mini workshop on leveraging emotional intelligence to get more of what you want in life. What a fun and engaged group to work with. My goal is to always deliver something actionable that people can begin to use immediately in their lives.
I am also a published author of 2 books and a co-author in another.
