My name is Shanane, I’m the owner, Life and fitness coach of Dynamic Weight Loss and Wellness. I seek to help women that not only want to change their bodies but their mindset. I’m here to motivate, educate and inspire you to become the best version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically love to get my student on the phone so that we can do an initial evaluation. From their we then create a road map to reach their goals and implement activities to achieve those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified life and fitness coach with a speciality in mindfulness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have 1 standard price for my program and 1 signature price for private lessons. Private lesson prices vary per client needs.
How did you get started teaching?
In September 2018 my whole world changed when I lost my daughter. I went through a extreme battle with depression I didn't recognize myself and was desperate to feel better. Fast forward to the pandemic and being confined to the house actually helped me find my purpose which is to help struggling moms gain back their sense of identity and confidence. While implementing practices of prayer, personal development, meditation, journaling and exercise.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with clients that are interested in losing weight, getting rid of their old habits replacing them with new ones, and want to practice quieting the mind doing meditation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm honored to be able to start my own club on clubhouse but elated that someone gave me the opportunity to host their room so I know exactly what I'm doing.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure that the person really reasonates with your story, your goals, beliefs and preferences.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should take into consideration that the more we know about you the more we can help assist you and really get to the root of the problem.
