I’m dedicated to my clients. I train others based on their individual needs. I see myself as a leader by practicing what I preach and someone who instructs so that the client can eventually go of on their own.
I have been an online health and fitness coach for over 4 years. I decided to become a personal trainer through ISSA just last year and recently promoted to Master Trainer at my current gym.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For fitness training, I will set up a consultation, go over what their goals and expectations are. Take measurements, and explain to them what they would expect and what I will expect of them throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal trainer for almost 2 years. I myself have been consistent with my own fitness for almost 12 years. Ive also been an online fitness coach for 5 years.

After I discovered how fitness changed my own life, I wanted to reach out and help as many people as possible.

All types, with several different backgrounds, illnesses, ailments and from beginners to intermediate and beyond.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My son and I were watching a tv show together, and during a conversation I told him that I would promise to let him have ice cream tomorrow. He turned to me and said "Mom, don't make promises you can't keep!" I was both surprised and proud of the young man he is growing up to be. I can see that the way I am living, by being the example is rubbing off on him.
