What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Getting to know them as an athlete, finding their motivation and their "why" and ultimately helping them reach their goal. Getting joy out of the progress made everyday we put in work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Former Division 1 athlete with a vast knowledge of football, basketball and their respective specific positions. Group speed and agility workouts, core strengthening, running form, quick twitch explosion work outs, and hand eye coordination development .
