Because of skill training techniques; teaching is essential to make better. Creating habits for progress. Ability to concentrate and move on instinct is and should be done everyday. Being skilled in a sport is a necessity. So practicing what you learn will create a learning curve and eventually less thinking will be involved. Repetitive is key to any template you choose. I believe over time one can gain confidence and immolate their own skills they rely on what they perceive. In person is always better than the written test….
