I am a certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience who loves to help people find joy in fitness. I take an individualized approach to my clients, so that I can develop a program that will best help them reach their goals. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I talk with you about goals, medical conditions, what have they done to accomplish them, measure their body mass index, and put them through a basic exercise routine to gauge their overall fitness level. Then, with everything they have told me, come up with a nutrition plan and exercise schedule that accommodates their lifestyle to achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through NCCPT and received my certification of nutrition and physical fitness.
