I provide nutritional support, biweekly bmi measurements, accountability, and even go grocery shopping with you on your journey to better health.My name is Matthew and I'm looking forward to working with you.
I enjoy seeing people accomplish their goals and surpassing their limits. We all start somewhere and it's important to have smaller goals to reach the ultimate goal. I've been helping people for the last year. I've currently have a client who started this year at a size 16 now a size 9 and I can do the same for you. I've been in your shoes. I was overweight. I had terrible eating habits. I want to share what I've learned, ways to control those cravings, alternative foods you can eat and enjoy. Or perhaps you just want to put on muscle or build those glutes. Either way, I'm here for you.

First I talk with you about goals, medical conditions, what have they done to accomplish them, measure their body mass index, and put them through a basic exercise routine to gauge their overall fitness level. Then, with everything they have told me, come up with a nutrition plan and exercise schedule that accommodates their lifestyle to achieve their goals.
I went through PFTS and received my certification of nutrition and physical fitness.
