What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every student begins with an initial assessment to gather information regarding health history, goals, lifestyle, and nutrition. We also go through a movement assessment to better understand the way we move. The information we gather is used to create a 6 - 12 week program tailored specifically for their goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching in college as a way to help people improve their confidence. I wanted to empower people. I wanted to help them accomplish their impossible " I'm possible". Give them back their power. Assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. Fitness changed my life by improving my confidence. I wanted to do the same for everyone else. I still do btw, that's just how I got started teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of students. I've had clients from all over the world, of different backgrounds, fitness levels, lifestyles, goals, health history's, professionals, amateurs, beginners, you name it I've worked with it.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The face of a client when they learn animal flow for the very first time! The look of excitement and accomplishment is one you worn forget!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When you invest in training look for a coach that can teach you about you. Someone that understands your specific needs, and can coach you as an athlete and as a person.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially ready to commit to improving my movement, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle ?
