Eddie gave me exercises that were specific to my personal needs. As a professional athlete, I have struggled with knee and back pain for most of my life. After going to multiple doctors to help fix the problem, they only had me coming back for more treatment. In only a few sessions, the exercises that Eddie had given me had me back operating at 100%. Now, I move better, I feel better, and I’m the best I’ve ever been!
Every student begins with an initial assessment to gather information regarding health history, goals, lifestyle, and nutrition. We also go through a movement assessment to better understand the way we move. The information we gather is used to create a 6 - 12 week program tailored specifically for their goals.

Give them back their power. Assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. Fitness changed my life by improving my confidence. I wanted to do the same for everyone else. I still do btw, that's just how I got started teaching.
