Eddie completely changed my outlook on fitness and training. It was no longer a boring chore that I had to force myself to do. It’s something that excites me. I always look forward to working out with him cause I know he’s going to bring out the best in me. I can’t speak more highly about Eddie. His passion and work ethic are infectious and I highly recommend anyone on their fitness journey to work with him. You definitely won’t regret it.

I wish I could rate Eddie a 10 as he deserves more than a 5 star rating for the exemplary coaching and training he provides. I take reviews very seriously and I rarely write them. I have to share because I’ve exceeded my fitness goals while building more strength and agility than imagined. His individualized training program gained me more years on life and the best part is I’m injury free. He doesn’t know this yet but he’s going to be my lifetime coach. This is how I’m investing in my health.

Eddie gave me exercises that were specific to my personal needs. As a professional athlete, I have struggled with knee and back pain for most of my life. After going to multiple doctors to help fix the problem, they only had me coming back for more treatment. In only a few sessions, the exercises that Eddie had given me had me back operating at 100%. Now, I move better, I feel better, and I’m the best I’ve ever been!

How did you get started teaching?

I began teaching in college as a way to help people improve their confidence. I wanted to empower people. I wanted to help them accomplish their impossible " I'm possible". Give them back their power. Assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. Fitness changed my life by improving my confidence. I wanted to do the same for everyone else. I still do btw, that's just how I got started teaching.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of students. I've had clients from all over the world, of different backgrounds, fitness levels, lifestyles, goals, health history's, professionals, amateurs, beginners, you name it I've worked with it.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The face of a client when they learn animal flow for the very first time!  The look of excitement and accomplishment is one you worn forget!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

When you invest in training look for a coach that can teach you about you. Someone that understands your specific needs, and can coach you as an athlete and as a person.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am I physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially ready to commit to improving my movement, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle ?
