About
After struggling for years with being overweight during my younger years, I was motivated to make a change within myself. Via a newly adopted workout regiment and healthy eating habits, I was able to lose weight, gain muscle, and maintain this lifestyle for many years after.
This "NEW ME" was in good enough shape to land an athletic scholarship playing college football at Jackson State University, and later becoming a high school coach in multiple sports, where I managed the strength and conditioning programs.
Eventually I found my "why", my calling, my reason for being here. It is to help people!
I took everything I had learned from my personal fight with being overweight, and my experience with helping young athletes develop, and decided to enter the Health and Fitness Industry. Now I can inspire others to overcome the same obstacles that I once thought were impossible!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Creating a workout regiment that allowed my client (let's call her Monica) to get in better physical condition while training with her family member.
Not only was she able lose body fat and become more active, she was able to do this while simltaneously spending quality time with her two children and sister.
I take this small event very seriously. Not only did we find a way to help "Monica" enhance her health, but the fact that a pricing/operation strategy was created that fit all parties involved, we assisted in family building as well.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't be over-analytical. It's hard to pick the right person the first time. Chances are this will be a trial and error process. So start somewhere. . .start with somebody. . . bottom line, just get started.
