There are so many aspects to why coaching is fulfilling. I had always wanted to be a coach and pursue a training career and potentially a football career but eventually realized that my passion was training others to succeed. Over the last ten years coaching and training, I’ve experienced virtually every type of personality and athlete you can think of, beginners, funny people, complex thinkers, laid back students, committed players, frustrated athletes, high expectations, low expectations, and many more. The greatest asset a coach requires is the patience and ability to communicate effectively with all of these personality types. Coaching and Personal training, in some instances, is essential to an individual and often a critical piece of someone’s life, and while it’s meant to be fun, it can also provide stress. I’ve had people come to me after they were devastated that they weren’t able to earn a specific position on their team because they lacked the speed and athleticism to play that postion. It's my passion to help those indivisuals improve as an athelete and build up confidence and allow them to start having fun again.
Now, here are my top 5 reasons why training and coaching is so rewarding in no particular order. Enjoy.
Going to work every day because I love what I do
Being passionate about helping people.
Enjoying and interacting with people and working on someones goals each day.
Always learning either through education or through every student that comes to me for coaching.
When the student texts you: “I just ran my time ever, I cannot thank you enough.”

After only five lessons, she called excited that her coach timed her at 3.55 sec fastest time and an average 3.62 sec home to first- base 60ft time.
