What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With all new athletes I start from the most basic skills then advance from there. Leave no stone unturned. Example. For WRs I will start with starts and stances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a kinesiology major, health and sports science major, also certified personal trainer.
