What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to bring you in for a initial session to determine your goals and show you how Pilates works. I like to do 4 private sessions with you before releasing you into group equipment classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Nutrition and a MS in Biomechanics. I am a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor thru Balanced Body as well as Mat certified with Physical Mind.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Offering privates for $60 a session in studio.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after the birth of my 3rd child. I had severe back pain and Pilates was the only thing that could touch it. I fell in love with the way it made me feel and want to pass that on to others.
