I’m a former NFL player who understands the importance of the little things. My training is geared towards making you the best athlete that you can be. I tore both my ACLs in high school and had to rebuild my body from the ground up. That taught me a lot about the right way to do things. I’m a certified personal trainer as well, which has helped me develop my style of training even more. The only thing I promise is that the athlete will be bigger, faster and stronger as well as proper mental attributes it takes to be successful in any field.
