
I’m a former NFL player who understands the importance of the little things. My training is geared towards making you the best athlete that you can be. I tore both my ACLs in high school and had to rebuild my body from the ground up. That taught me a lot about the right way to do things. I’m a certified personal trainer as well, which has helped me develop my style of training even more. I can feel myself getting better during ever work out. I honestly believe that I’m on my way to be being more than ready to excel at the next level by the time I get there in the summer. I have become a better all around player these past couple months during our workouts
