Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
No Time Wasted, and Bring a Water Bottle!!!
If we are on the clock, we want every dollar given to us to count. Our classes are extremely organized. Some of the things we do will be routine, but the goal is to build on every session. We want our students to learn something new every time. I wouldn't book with us unless your student is ready to work and grind. The moment your student steps on the field with us, his success is our success, and failure isn't an option.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of D1 and Pro Athletes.
- Shaun Smith: Cornerback at Louisiana Tech University. Head Girl's Basketball High School Coach at the 5a Level for 12 years.
- Darryl Long: TE/WR at Kentucky. Strength and Conditioning Coach. D1 lead instructor.
- Jay Finley: RB at Baylor. RB with Cincinnati Bengals, Speed and Strength Instructor. All District Basketball Player. Youth Coach 10 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started teaching?
My team started in various ways, but we all wouldn't have accomplished our achievements without there being people in our lives pushing us to be the best.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages 5 year olds - college athletes
