About this pro

Student of the Game: Played runningback for Southwestern Oklahoma State. Graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise Science while minoring in Kinsiology movement in disciplinary studies. While also maintaining my Masters in Sports Management. Still currently training myself in doing high vigorous movment in S.A.Q. Currently in the process to get my certification in Nation Association Sports Medicine (NASM),

In the Fall of 2020 I'll be entering doctorates school of Chiropracting at Parker Universitiy in Dallas where I plan on opening my own sports therapy clinic in the near future.

Pulling out the superior best in my athletes, and clients that I train with. I love seeing true improvements in people body-change and motor skills as it is something that I believe we all in human society needs knowing that exercise can improve self-esteem and cognitive functions overtime.

Injury prevention exercises/workout is also another type of subject that I favour to pull for, as overtime or body wear-and-tear leaving us with less mobility and function in our bones and joints overtime. Being able to conduct this type of workouts to my clients they will be able to feel and live a good fitness-N-Wellness environment.

Kedron pays attention to the details, not how strong or fast you are at the moment but to how to get you to where you want to be and what is holding you back. He makes sure to take things at the right pace, everyone grows at different speeds and he is able to see when you need to pull back or push harder. He learns how to read people and can relate to all. Kedron is smart when training, he knows so many different types of exercises but also knows a great deal of mobility and recovery work. He assisted me in recovering from two different surgeries and knew how to accommodate for both while still working out and trying to maintain strength while injured. He is well-rounded, he does not just focus on one particular sport or strategy. He is always learning and studying new ways to make the body faster, stronger, and more importantly healthier.
