Kedron pays attention to the details, not how strong or fast you are at the moment but to how to get you to where you want to be and what is holding you back. He makes sure to take things at the right pace, everyone grows at different speeds and he is able to see when you need to pull back or push harder.
He learns how to read people and can relate to all.
Kedron is smart when training, he knows so many different types of exercises but also knows a great deal of mobility and recovery work. He assisted me in recovering from two different surgeries and knew how to accommodate for both while still working out and trying to maintain strength while injured.
He is well-rounded, he does not just focus on one particular sport or strategy. He is always learning and studying new ways to make the body faster, stronger, and more importantly healthier.
