I have been training my whole life which started when I was playing basebal growing up. I immediately took to the gym and haven't stopped since. I have been training people from ages 7 all the way to 80 for the past 5 years. I have a ISSA PT certification as well as a Nutritionist certification. I personally used to weigh over 300lbs and have lost 100lbs over the course of a year. During my weightloss I got into powerlifting and bodybuilding where I learned how to periodize exercise and make progress. Through my experience I can help you get to your goals at any level of fitness!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I will start with a physical assessment to see where weakpoints and strengths are. From there we can work to strengthen specific areas that are lacking, so we can prevent injury and promote logevity. After the session I offer nutrition consulting to help with understanding how nutrition works and learning how to apply it to your daily diet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA Certified PT as well as Nutritionist. I have over 5 years of training experience between many age groups. I have dealt with rehabing injuries as well as focusing on weightloss and muscle-building.
