Classes are free, donation any amount to nonprofit service work (not obligatory). Classes at community college (all welcome) in groups, or individual/small group (2 or more) at my Meditation Center.
I have gotten so much benefit from Yoga & Meditation, it's a passion, duty, fulfillment and joy to help others achieve same!
Studied with great teacher in India. Taught in USA, Europe many years. Practise daily advanced Meditation,Yoga, volunteer work teaching same at Recovery Center. Over 40 years daily practice.
