What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a short phone call to get to know one another and determine your wants, needs and goals. Private Sessions are custom-designed for you. Each appointment is designed to meet your needs, depending upon your physical condition, and specific requests. I work with you to determine the focus for each session. Sessions may include a variety of methodologies in a personalized program such as:

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
· Obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science emphasizing Kinesiology while working as personal trainer emphasizing the therapeutic aspects of exercise.
· Use my Management skills, Minor in Psychology, and 20 years of experience helping/coaching others to achieve personalized wellness and health goals.
· Worked over 6 years assisting therapists and patients in therapy rehabs, Assisted Livings and outpatient settings.
· Trained at Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram with over 300 hours training in both yoga and Shavasana Yoga Therapy.
· Teaching Blissitude Yoga and Shavasana Yoga therapy in Dallas, TX and Richardson, TX.
