About
I have spent over a decade in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have designed fitness programs and personally coached individuals from all walks of life: from the experienced gym rat who trains every day to the mom of three who has never touched a weight, from first responders to business professionals, from competitive athletes to those recovering from injuries.
My primary goal is to make fitness accessible and approachable for everyone actively seeking solutions. My role in this process is to act as an experienced guide as you navigate toward the life of physical freedom you’ve always desired.
The lessons we learn in the gym are a direct reflection of how we behave outside of it. I believe that great athletes make great people, and great people make great athletes because the process of becoming one is the same as becoming the other.
