Hard work pays off! There's a method to his madness, lol. Coach Scott combines his fitness expertise and motivational coaching into an art form. He has an innate sense of how to tailor the training plan to each individual so that you are pushed out of your comfort zone for growth and progress but not dreading the challenge. He makes the workouts fun, is extremely approachable, and overall just is a great human being who has found his calling in helping people experience positive energy through physical and mental training.

I can tell he is getting better by word of mouth and what I see he will get better and achieve his goals.

We called Coach Scott after realizing my son who had not played football in middle school, could not get the instruction needed to keep up in 9th grade. We stared training for spring semester in hopes he could keep up on off season. He is doing strength training and learning the game now. So glad we decided to do it, my son is now gaining confidence and stamina as well as learning how to work out properly. Highly recommend Coach Scott’s organization!

Coach Scott has exceeded my expectations in every way! My boys have taken a break from team sports due to COVID and I was looking for someone to continue training to sharpen their skills. Not only have I seen their strength and skills grow but Coach Scott also teaches them about inner strength and that “hard work pays off”. He is a wonderful professional and great mentor. My boys are so inspired that the training has trickled down into their personal time. I have continued to see their activity levels increase with the desire to better themselves due to the positive reinforcement they receive from Coach Scott. Highly recommend!
