I believe in getting the most out of your workouts by adding off balance lifts, increasing stabilizer and supportive muscles, implementing a solid cardio/core section while still hitting compound exercises as well. Can't forget diet and nutrition!
I extremely love what I do! So much so that I gave up managing two successful gyms to begin my own adventure! I work in different concepts of function movement which have allowed me to create workout structure for strength gain, muscle growth, leaning and toning and diet/nutrition! As an added bonus, I can use functional movement as a form of rehabilitation. I enjoy making a difference, it's what I do!
