Our Personal Training & Nutrition programs and services offer fantastic one-on-one guidance, partner training, small group training and specialized programs at competitive prices. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Personal Training with proven fitness techniques for maximum results with minimum time. Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic reevaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your goals.
Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight & gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles & reach your goals. We analyze your body type, physical condition and history to create your individualized fitness plan, nutrition plan and workouts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before the initial assessment and consultation, we require you to complete the new client intake that includes health history, waivers, goals, and expectations.
After a thorough review of your intake questionnaire we will set up your initial physics assessment and consultation to begin the process of developing a custom 3-month program for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Star Ranch Fitness Fitness Pros & Coaches are Certified in multiple disciplines by ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our programs and services range from $49/month for a consultation to $649/month for an all-inclusive health and wellness program.
How did you get started teaching?
After 27 years as an Administrator, Manager, Executive Director and Owner of Sports and Leisure ventures... I made a commitment to offering sustainable, affordable options health and wellness programs to individuals needing more than jusy a gym membership.
What types of students have you worked with?
Are clientele range in age from 15 - 77. We specialize in weight management, muscle gain, corrective exercise, senior fitness, pre/postnatal, tactical and strenght, track/running & conditioning.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Our advice to any one looking to hire a Personal Trainer would be to seek out someone that has your overall health and wellness at mind. Taking into consideration any pre-existing conditions, age, commorbidities and able to provide you the know how to sustain your health and wellness long after you program ends.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Take time setting SMART goals... long and short term. Your fitness pro will take these into consideration when developing your plan or program for you.
