I enjoy making working out and dieting more practical. In order to do so I also offer a specified meal plan to each of my clients and also train out of a private studio. I've been actively working out toward different goals for 11 years, so I know quite a few different strategies to help you reach your goal. I'm also a classic physique competitor so there is no questions that I live the lifestyle myself, I didnt just get a bunch of certifications and call myself a trainer. I am not training out of a Nice private location for your convenience and comfort , that is perfect for someone reaching for new heights in fitness!

I love people. I look to develop trust and a close relationship with my clients. I want to be professional and goal oriented but I also want you to be comfortable and have no reserve when speaking to me, whether it be about your personal struggles that have inhibited you from reaching goals or just casual conversation about your kids' games and recitals . I look to understand my clients and what things they must overcome to become the healthy new version of themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

During your FREE consultation, we will check your weight and body fat. After your measurements we will discuss your goals and I will give you a realistic timeline.  We will finish up with a workout targeting problem areas and discuss which training package works best for you.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal trainer and Nutrition Specialist through the International Sport Science Association and have experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding and was a collegiate athlete at Texas State University. I have trained at Gold's Gym and freedom fitness where I developed my skills even further through continued education courses and hands on training to keep my skills up to date and fresh. I have also been doing weight training for 13 years and have experience putting on muscle and burning body fat to lose those pesky pounds we all had a hard time with, through my own experience and through the clients I have worked with in the past.

 $50 per Individual Session

12 pack $47.50 per session. 

16 pack= $45 per session. 

20 pack= $42.50 per session.  

24 pack = $40 per session


How did you get started teaching?

Once I Decided that college football was not for me , I looked for a reason and a way to stay in good shape. While in college I would workout with some of my friends and share the knowledge I had for fitness and saw them achieve great results, one of which runs his own training business now. I've always enjoyed working with others and helping them grow and realized that this was one of the things I enjoyed doing that the most. I often remind my clients, that you are the first person you really take a good look at during the day. If you like what you see and how you feel when you wake up and look into the mirror, you will automatically put a positive spin on your day! :)
